FAQ

Yes, we provide in-studio services in Frisco, TX. Mobile on-location services require a minimum of 3 bridal services, including the bride or the monetary equivalent. In-studio services do not require a minimum service.

Because some brides or clients opt out of trials, we have it as a separate service that is NOT included in the initial service fee.

Gratuity is always greatly appreciated, but not included.

We do offer false strip or cluster lashes, which are complementary and included in your pricing. You may bring your own lashes, however, pricing does not change. 

Yes, we do provide hairstyling services as an addition to makeup services but not on its own. We do not provide haircuts, color, or hair extension services.

However, if your hairstyle requires clip-in extensions to be installed, we can install them for you for an additional fee. Hair extensions must be provided by the client and must be 100% real human hair so that it will not melt or burn with styling tools.

For the safety and protection of you and the artist(s), we are not permitted by our insurance and do not allow the use of personal cosmetics with the exception of lip color, which is recommended you bring to have for touch-ups afterward. This also allows us to control the sanitation of all cosmetics used. 

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Square, or HoneyBook. We do not accept personal checks. 5% processing fee does apply for non-cash or Zelle payments.

Yes, travel fees are based upon the location of service and are generally calculated as $1 per mile from Frisco, TX per makeup artist and hairstylist. Parking must be covered or validated for any and all services for each makeup artist and hairstylist. Travel fees are not considered a part of the event minimum, nor are they included in the pricing. 

Yes! We travel all over the world. Travel fees, accommodations, day rates for days traveled, and other fees are billed to and covered by the client. Please email us to discuss further. 

On average, we book about 45 minutes to an hour max for bridesmaids/event makeup, photoshoots, etc. Bridal services take about 1 hour to an hour and a  half per service depending on the look requested. During our consultation, we will go over the looks and timing from start and finish. 

Absolutely! All brushes, tools, and products are sprayed with a cosmetic disinfectant in between each use and client. All skincare tools are soaked in a  Barbicide disinfectant and home studio areas are wiped down with sanitizing spray after use including desk, chair(s), and all other surfaces.

**In the midst of Covid-19, you may always request the makeup artist or hairstylist to wear a mask and/or gloves while performing services.

All mobile on-location services of more than 6 total services (including the Bride)  will require a second makeup artist or hairstylist and will incur a $200 fee per makeup artist and or hairstylist in addition to the initial service fee.

The minimum charge on all events is at LEAST 3 bridal services (including the bride) or the monetary equivalent. This does not include trials or any additional fees.

In-studio services do not require a service minimum.

Yes, editorial & photo shoots that require us to be on location may be billed either on a per-service basis or at a day rate per makeup artist and or hairstylist. Please email us with details for pricing.
