Do you offer in-studio services?
Due to high demand, we currently provide on-location services only. All bookings require a service minimum, which varies by event type. Please complete our inquiry form for availability and details.
Which areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Frisco, Plano, Allen, McKinney, Dallas, and the DFW area. Destination services are also available upon request.
What types of services do you provide?
We specialize exclusively in luxury hair and makeup for weddings, photoshoots, videos, and special events. We do not provide haircuts, hair treatments, eyelash extensions, permanent makeup, or costume/Halloween makeup.
Are makeup tools and products sanitized between clients?
Absolutely. All brushes, tools, and products are professionally sanitized between each client using high-grade disinfectants. Hygiene is always a top priority.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, Zelle, and Venmo. A processing fee applies to all credit card payments. We do not accept cash or checks.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Yes. Travel fees are based on your event location and calculated per artist from Frisco, TX.
How long does a hair and makeup application take?
Event applications typically take 45-60 minutes. Bridal looks take up to 90 minutes depending on style and complexity.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to your event.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations or reschedules must be made in writing. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable depending on availability.
Do you accommodate large groups?
Yes. For groups of 6 or more, additional artists may be assigned. Please mention your group size when inquiring.
How do I book?
Simply complete our inquiry form with your event details. We'll follow up with availability, pricing, and booking requirements.
Do you offer bridal trials?
Yes, trials are highly recommended and available as a separate booking. They allow us to perfect your bridal vision before the big day.
What's included in bridal hair and makeup?
Our luxury bridal packages include makeup application, hairstyling, and veil or dupatta/tikka placement (for South Asian brides).
Do you provide services for South Asian weddings?
Yes! We specialize in South Asian Bridal Beauty, offering artistry for Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet, Ceremony, and Reception events.
Do you offer services for bridesmaids and family members?
Yes, we provide services for bridesmaids, mothers, and honored guests to ensure a cohesive and polished wedding look.
Can I book multiple looks for different events?
Absolutely. We offer packages for multi-day or multi-look weddings, ideal for South Asian celebrations and destination weddings.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season.
Do you stay for touch-ups or look changes?
Yes, touch-up and look-change packages are available upon request for extended coverage.
Do you offer services for special events or galas?
Yes, we offer Special Occasion Glam for anniversaries, maternity shoots, galas, and milestone celebrations.
Do you provide teen makeup services?
Yes, we offer Teen Event Glam for proms, homecomings, quinceañeras, and other teen occasions. Looks are always age-appropriate and naturally polished.
Can I book hair or makeup only?
Yes! You can book makeup-only or hairstyling-only services, as long as the service minimum is met. Please include your event details in your inquiry.
How far in advance should I book for an event?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during busy wedding and prom seasons. Early booking helps ensure artist availability.
Do you offer group bookings for events?
Yes, we accommodate small and large group glam sessions for birthdays, galas, or themed photoshoots. Additional artists may be assigned based on group size and timing.
What kind of makeup do you use for events?
We use long-wear, HD-quality professional products to ensure your makeup looks flawless under natural light, studio lighting, and photography.
Can I book you for photoshoots or videos?
Absolutely! We provide camera-ready hair and makeup for editorial shoots, branding sessions, boudoir, corporate, and commercial productions. Rates may be hourly or day-rate based depending on your project needs.
Do you provide men's grooming services for photoshoots?
Yes, light men's grooming (anti-shine, light coverage, brow and hair touch-ups) is available upon request.
Can you match specific creative looks or brand requirements?
Definitely. We collaborate with photographers, directors, and stylists to ensure your final look aligns perfectly with your brand or creative vision.
Do you provide touch-ups during the shoot?
Yes. We offer on-set touch-up and look-change options to keep you photo-ready throughout the shoot. Continuous coverage can be booked at an hourly or day rate.
Do you travel to studios or outdoor locations?
Yes, we're fully mobile and travel to studios, outdoor venues, private homes, and commercial sets across Frisco, Plano, Allen, McKinney, Dallas, and the DFW area. Travel fees may apply.
What's the difference between an editorial and branding session?
Editorial sessions focus on creative or magazine-style looks, while branding sessions are designed for professional or business-oriented imagery. We tailor our artistry to suit your shoot's purpose and lighting setup.
Do you offer half-day or full-day bookings?
Yes, we offer flexible half-day and full-day options for production teams, photographers, and agencies needing continuous on-set support.
Do you travel to photo studios or venues?
Yes, we provide on-location services for all shoots and events - whether at a studio, hotel, private home, or venue. Travel fees are calculated from Frisco, TX.
Do you stay on set for touch-ups or look changes?
Absolutely. We offer hourly and day-rate options for touch-ups, look changes, or continuous coverage throughout your shoot or event.
How does on-set support work?
Your artist stays with you or your team for the booked duration to ensure hair and makeup remain flawless under different lighting, weather, or wardrobe changes. We handle shine control, flyaways, and quick look transitions between takes.
Can you accommodate multiple talent or models on set?
Yes. We can provide additional artists for larger productions or group shoots to keep everything on schedule and camera-ready.
Do you bring your own lighting or setup?
We bring a portable professional kit and lighting for optimal application anywhere - from studios to outdoor sets - ensuring consistent results for HD and 4K filming.
