A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your lesson date and time.
Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, all retainers are non-refundable.

One complimentary reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Any additional reschedules or cancellations will require a new retainer to reserve another appointment
